- Prices quoted are for two adults
- Prices do not include taxes
- July and August require a minimum 4 nights to reserve
- Closer to the time (within 1 week) we will fill in gaps of 2 or 3 nights
- Spring and Fall is a minimum of 2 nights to reserve
- Extra persons $15.00 per day per person
- No charge for kids under 14
- We do not double up on families in one cottage
- Families with lots of kids no problem
- Maximum adults (no children) 4 per cottage
- The cottages do not have daily maid service
Reservations
Visa or MasterCard is required for all reservations and upon check-in. The credit card must be in your name. Reservations are made by calling the office. We do not accept reservations via email. If more than one cottage is required each person has to reserve his or her own cottage.
Deposits
May be required. If you are booking with a group for a wedding, family reunion etc we may require a deposit or charge a clean-up fee.
Cancellations
We have a one month cancellation policy. We reserve the right to charge the full amount for any nights we are unable to secure a replacement booking.
